Factory Audit
• The Factory Audit is performed by our Auditor following a general framework designed after ISO 9001 standards and completed, when requested, with the client's specific requirements. • All the important elements, such as quality system procedures, production capacity, child labour, staff facilities and personal hygiene… etc. are assessed and can be completed by optional features that can be selected when booking on the website.
• The Factory Audit Report that we produce enables the buyers to efficiently select and maintain a high-qualified vendor base.
During Production Inspection
• The production is inspected when at least 30% of the order steps has been completed so as to ensure that contractual obligations regarding product specifications. • If improvement recommendations and rectifications advices have been given during an Initial Production Check , the During Production Inspection will enable to check whether these advices have been successfully followed.
• More generally, the During Production Inspection allows giving recommendations on-site, so that the quality is maintained throughout the entire production phase and helping monitor if the expected production capacity is reached to complete the order on time.
Container Loading Control
• in the manufacturer's warehouse or at the forwarder's premises. • The inspector first checks the quality and quantity of the goods to be shipped to make sure that the right products will be delivered.
• The inspector then monitors the entire loading phase to ensure that the container(s) is(are) in good condition, and that the entire cargo is loaded according to the quantity specified in the Customer Contract.
